Billing Terms

• Payment Model: All fidget toy purchases on stationers.pro are one-time sales—no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees apply. You only pay for the items selected at checkout.
• Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as stationers.pro to clearly identify your purchase from our fidget toy store.
• Payment Security: We use encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Stationers LLC does not store your full payment details.

Product Information & Accuracy

• We strive to provide accurate details for all fidget toys, including materials (e.g., “non-toxic silicone,” “BPA-free plastic”), size, and sensory features (e.g., “squishy texture,” “clicking feedback”). Minor discrepancies (e.g., color shades due to screen display) may occur and do not qualify as product defects.
• If you receive an item that differs significantly from its listed description (e.g., a “quiet fidget toy” that makes loud noises), contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free exchange or full refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

• You may cancel or modify your order (e.g., change quantity, update shipping address) within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be canceled or modified.
• If you cancel an order within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.
