Applicability

This policy applies to all physical fidget toys shipped from stationers.pro to customers in the United States. Digital products (if applicable, e.g., fidget toy usage guides) are delivered electronically and not subject to shipping rules.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • International shipping (e.g., Canada, Mexico) is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing time may be extended to 3–4 business days during peak seasons (e.g., holiday shopping, back-to-school) or for high-demand fidget toy styles. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier, with the following options for fidget toy orders:

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by carrier issues (e.g., weather, high shipping volume).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.
  • Tracking information may take 24 hours to update in the USPS system after your order ships.

Shipping Address Changes

  • You may update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing dolley@stationers.pro with your order number and new address.
  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the order may already be in transit. If the package is delivered to the original address, Stationers LLC is not responsible for rerouting or reshipping.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, contact your local USPS office first—carriers often leave packages with neighbors or in secure locations (e.g., mailrooms, porches).
  • If the package is confirmed lost by USPS, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will either send a replacement fidget toy or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged (e.g., crushed box, broken fidget toy parts), take photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Email the photos to dolley@stationers.pro within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will send a replacement item at no cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
